The programme begins with an introduction to advanced stable management principles, outlining course objectives, the importance of professional equine care, and goal-setting strategies. Nutrition and feeding modules examine dietary principles, formulation of rations for individual horses, and performance-specific feeding programs. Health care modules cover advanced monitoring, recognition, and management of common equine health issues, preventive care strategies, and collaboration with veterinary professionals.
Training and exercise modules focus on designing structured programs, incorporating progression and variety, and evaluating effectiveness to optimise performance and welfare.
