Overview

The Sports Science: Nutrition & Performance Management Diploma combines three practical courses in athlete support, activity leadership and Sports Nutrition. Learners explore how training preparation, hydration, recovery, communication and dietary choices influence participation and physical performance.

The programme develops valuable Sports Science skills in session coordination, participant engagement, risk awareness and performance monitoring. It also covers the needs of young cricket athletes and the safe delivery of water-based activities.

Ideal for aspiring sports professionals, coaches and activity leaders, this diploma builds practical Sports Science and Sports Nutrition knowledge for organised sporting environments. It supports professional development but does not replace regulated coaching, water-safety or degree-level nutrition qualifications.
