This Speed Reading Skills and Techniques course consists of seven structured lectures, followed by an assessment, each designed to build effective, realistic, and sustainable speed reading skills.

Lecture 5 examines practical applications of speed reading, showing how techniques can be applied in academic settings, professional environments, and leisure reading without sacrificing enjoyment or understanding.
Lecture 6 focuses on overcoming challenges and building habits, addressing common difficulties learners face, strategies for building a sustainable speed reading routine, and methods for assessing and monitoring progress over time.
Lecture 7 explores resources and further learning, including recommended reading materials, online tools and apps, and guidance on next steps for continued skill development.
Assessment includes a final exam to evaluate understanding of speed reading concepts, techniques, comprehension strategies, and habit-building principles.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the Speed Reading Skills and Techniques course, learners will receive a free digital certificate provided by Reed confirming course completion. After obtaining the Reed certificate, learners will also receive a provider-issued course completion certificate, subject to verification. Optional premium certificates and academic transcripts are available separately. This course supports personal development and academic skills enhancement.
