The Autumn Secretarial, PA & Administrator Conference will take place at the following venues:

  • London, etc.venues Victoria - One Drummond Gate. Located next to the Pimlico tube station and a short walk from Victoria and Vauxhall tube / rail stations.
  • Bristol, At-Bristol - Harbourside. An award-winning science and discovery centre.

Session 2: Outlook Time-Saving Hacks

Guest Speaker - Shelley Fishel and Patrick Kelly

Is your inbox is overflowing? Are you feeling overwhelmed? This highly practical Outlook session features live demonstration and will provide you with little known advanced tips that will save you time EVERY day. You will learn to take back control of your inbox, your message responses and your email filing.

In this session you will learn:

  • Handy tips for managing email using some of Outlook’s most time-saving features
  • How to create a Quick Response email
  • Ways of creating QuickSteps to automate simple tasks
  • Managing multiple inboxes
  • Diary management

Session 3: Difficult Conversations with Confidence

Ian Caldecourt

Nobody likes to have a difficult conversation. This session will help you look at simple processes that make critical conversations easier to manage and build your inner confidence to get positive outcomes.

The session will cover

  • The need for critical conversations
  • A process for success during the conversation
  • Managing emotions and reactions to a successful conclusion

Session 4: Take your career in the direction you want

Jean Sutcliffe

This session looks at how you can promote yourself, progress your career and be seen as someone who will truly add value to your organisation.The session will cover

• How satisfied am I currently? What do I like/dislike?
• What are my career drivers?
• What changes do I need to make and how do I make it happen?

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
