Sales Training - Course Content

  • To gain an understanding of the basics of Sales and Selling
  • To look at the Cold Calling element with a view to improving confidence and competence
  • To gain an understanding of the identification of potential customer needs
  • To gain an understanding of how to adapt behaviours to customers that have different personalities
  • To develop an understanding of the interpersonal and technical skills of sales; this will include building rapport, communication and presentation skills
  • To use negotiation and deal with objections that come from customers leading to the ultimate goal of closing the deal/make the sale
