The Sales skill course will start by providing an overview of the basic rules for salespeople, along with the right mindset, self-assessment and the goals you’ll need in the short, medium and long term.
It’ll cover cold calling, including how to prepare, what to say and how to deal with gatekeepers, and walking you through a typical face-to-face meeting. You’ll learn how to start a meeting, the questions you need to ask your prospect, and practical tips for presentations, including staying relaxed, getting across your main messages, handling questions and using presentation aids. We’ll also be analysing how you can sell by stressing the results prospects can expect if they buy and how best to play to their emotions. We’ll take a look at the negotiation. We’ll highlight how to avoid it, what to say if you’re drawn into it, how to use your negotiating skills to land the sale and much more.

DURATION
The total duration of the sales skills course video content is 120 Minutes; it does not include the time taken to read, analyse and attempt the quiz or conduct any other research.
The learner can access the Learning Platform 24/7. The period to complete the course depends on the learner’s pace and the time dedicated to training. Though the course is self-paced, learners will be given a maximum period of 12 Months from the date of enrolment. The learner may request for an extension, but ILC holds the right to close/lock the course after completion of 12 Months.
ASSESSMENT
After successful enrolment, the learner will access the Learning Platform, where the training material is available. The training is in video format, and each module has many videos.
3-5 Multiple Choice Questions follow each module. You will have the option to review the video content as often as you like and submit the test once you are satisfied with the answers. The minimum pass score is 80% and you will have 3 attempts to pass test for each module. But, if in any condition, you cannot pass in three attempts, you can request 3 more attempts for all modules, after which all modules will be locked.
ACCREDIATION
The courses offered by Inspire London College are approved and accredited by The CPD Certification Services and different organisations in specific field including IIRSM (International Institute of Risk and Safety Management), IATP (Independent Asbestos Training Providers), and IFE (Institution of Fire Engineers).
