Mercuri’s SALES+ Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship programme has been created by sales experts to ensure your sales professionals have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to sell remotely, successfully and consistently. Funded by your Apprenticeship Levy contribution, it is ideal for both experienced and newly appointed sales staff. The Mercuri Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship is a higher apprenticeship, it is the equivalent of the first year of a bachelors programme or HNC (Higher National Certificate).
The Sales Apprenticeship Level 4 standard lasts up to 18 months and will enable those who are responsible for winning, growing and retaining customers to work efficiently and effectively through the whole sales cycle from qualifying opportunities all the way to getting an order, cross-selling and securing repeat business. It is delivered through a combination of integrated, multi-format learning methods.
Our Sales Executive Level 4 qualification is modular and flexible. What sales team’s need right now, is a plan. By prioritizing the topic and moving this crucial module to the beginning of the journey, sales teams and their leaders, can be confident of making the right moves in that ‘once only’ moment of start-up. Fine tuning the Value message, prioritizing prospects, quantifying activity plans, setting short and medium term performance objectives beyond simple top line revenue. This is what we are expert in. You don’t have to wait 18 months for a certificate. You’ll see demonstrable activity change in 8 weeks. Then, your team can continue their journey toward sales excellence.
Who is this course for?
Graduate commercial engineers; experienced sales professionals; new Account Manager recruits. Our apprentices come from all different backgrounds. The common factor is the benefits they and their employers are seeing.
Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment. For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement the apprenticeships English and maths minimum requirement is Entry Level 3 and British Sign Language qualification are an alternative to English qualifications for whom this is their primary language.
The Sales Executive Level 4 is an excellent development programme for any sales professionals looking to follow a career path as a commercial leader. Typical roles include Business Development Executive, Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Inside Sales Professional.
The average salary for a Sales Executive is £31,448 plus bonus schemes with high ending Sales Professional receiving £55,000 to £72,000
