The Spring Sales Conference will take place at the following venue:

10:00 - 10:10 – Welcome to the Sales Conference

10:10 - 11:10 – Workshop 1: Creating First Impressions – the first 4 minutes – Steve Gore

11:10 - 11:30 – Refreshments and networking

11:30 - 12:45 - Workshop 2: Account Strategy – Moving from Transactional to Consultative Selling – Steve Gore

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
