10:10 - 11:10 – Workshop 1: Creating First Impressions – the first 4 minutes – Steve Gore

11:10 - 11:30 – Refreshments and networking

11:30 - 12:45 - Workshop 2: Account Strategy – Moving from Transactional to Consultative Selling – Steve Gore

12:45 – 13:30 – Buffet lunch with refreshments

13:30 – 14:30 – Workshop 3: Happiness and Performance, Managing the Stress of Sales – Deena De Vries-Jones
