Who is this course for?
Our Safer Recruitment in Education course is for anyone who is responsible for recruitment in an educational setting, including: Head Teachers, Governers, Teachers and HR Staff. This course is set up for those working in settings such as:
Primary and Secondary Schools / Higher Education Establishments / Academies / SEN schools / Early Years Establishments.
You will need an intermediate/advanced understanding of Safeguarding Children and therefore suggest you complete the Safeguarding Children Level 2 and/or Level 3 first.
For those with Intermediate or Advanced Level Safeguarding responsibilities within HR or assisting with Interviews/Recruitment.
