- Defining Safeguarding: Moving on, an examination of the concept of safeguarding and its importance in protecting children.
- Conceptions of Vulnerable Children: Moreover, an in-depth look at factors that contribute to children’s vulnerability.
- Influencing Factors: Additionally, an exploration of external factors that can impact children’s safety and well-being.
- The Protection: Furthermore, an understanding of the protective measures and systems in place for safeguarding children.
- Defining Child Abuse: Moreover, a comprehensive definition of different forms and types of child abuse.
- The Hidden Face: Furthermore, a focus on recognising signs and indicators of child abuse that may not be immediately apparent.

Requirements
There are no requirements to complete this course but you will need a basic understanding of Safeguarding Children and Child Protection, we therefore suggest you complete the Safeguarding Children Level 2 first.
Please ensure you enter the correct student details, full name and email address so that your student and/or yourself are certificated correctly. Once a course is completed the name on the certificate cannot be changed.
You have until 6 months of expiry to print out a copy of your certificate.
Career path
With this qualification and experience you could become or act as the Safeguarding Officer, Safeguarding Lead within your organisation.

Answer:Hello, I wouldn’t know who you bought your other course from or what their course entails. Our course is a DSL Designated Lead course.
