Overview

There is never a single cause for an accident and is usually a series of events. This seminar is designed to give the participants an insight in the complexity of accidents and incidents and the methods for prevention and reducing both accidents and the resulting costs. This requires a detailed investigation into why circumstances have cause machinery to break down and even to have caused a physical inquiry. The course uses highly interactive discussions and case study, participants are also encourage to bring real time problems to be discussed as a problem solving exercise.
