Overview

Risk Assessments and Method Statements are a legal requirement in the UK. You must train your effectively in order that they undertake them competently.

The course achieves this. Helping businesses comply with the Management of Health and Safety Regulations 1999 and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. In 30 minutes candidates receive accredited training certifying sufficient knowledge to carry out suitable risk assessments in low-risk workplaces.

Controlling risks in your workplace is the fundamental part of managing the health and safety in your business. You need to think about what might cause harm to people and decide whether you are taking reasonable steps to prevent that harm. This will teach why risk assessment is important, how to do a risk assessment and how to do a method statement.

Risk Assessments CERTIFICATION:

Through out the Risk Assessments course there are short 'Knowledge Checks'.

At the end of the Risk Assessments course is a 15 question assessment.

To successfully complete the Risk Assessments course candidates are required to achieve 80% in the final assessment. The assessment may be retaken as often as required.

On successful completion candidates will be automatically emailed their completion certificate.

The Risk Assessments certificate contains the candidate name, course title, date and a validation code which can be authenticated via echo3education.
