Overview

This is a one-day refresher course for reflexology practitioners, suitable for those who already hold a recognised reflexology qualification, but feel they need to “refresh” their techniques. This may be because of a career break or simply because of a lack of confidence.

Description

The day starts with a quick review on basic theory and massage guidelines and continues with a full day of practical Reflexology training, perfecting essential techniques used to carry out a confident full body massage routine.

This course includes:

  • Brief theory and Reflexology guidelines
  • Preparation of working area
  • Reflexology mediums
  • Reflexology Techniques
  • Full Reflexology routine
  • Aftercare advice

There will be a process of ongoing assessment throughout the day in order to enable the tutor to determine if you have displayed the skills and knowledge required to perform the Reflexology. No case studies are required afterwards.

Can’t find dates to suit you?

We can offer a “pick your own dates” service for an additional fee of £100. This means the course cost is £199 instead of £100 which we believe is still great value, especially as it provides you with a course tailored for and dedicated just to you!


Ideal for shift workers and busy parents with childcare challenges, as well as those wishing to take annual leave to complete intensive training where we are not already offering a course, we will work with you to create your ideal schedule.

We can also offer a completely bespoke, one to one course on the dates and over the duration to suit your personal requirements. This allows you to come into College exactly when it suits you and receive the individual attention of your tutor, although models will still be used for you to practice on, of course.

This tailored solution can be surprisingly cost effective as training is often delivered over a shorter time scale due to the personalised nature of it.
