Frankie - Suffolk

"I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed this course, it was a little daunting going back to study again after nearly 15 years and it was so easy to manage and achieve completing the course and study workload while balancing life with 2 small children, consultancy work and various jobs. There was no pressure to submit work to deadlines and the manner in which assignments are broken down meant that I could complete the course without having a word count heavy essay hanging over me. The course has helped to improve my lesson planning and confidence in delivering sessions and has also developed my teaching skills by high lighting areas that I hadn’t considered prior to taking the course. It was also really easy to get in touch with my tutor either via email or phone whenever I had any questions or needed help/advice. Would definitely recommend this course!"

Mukunda - London

"Excellent service. Very supportive. The tutor is outstanding offering support 7 days a week. I am really glad that I have chosen right organisation to complete my course. I recommend those people who would like to start their career in teaching, please do consult with CTC"

Elaine - West Midlands

"Excellent service! The pre-course support was good, providing relevant information and support. This support was then replicated within the course itself, with great guidance and support from the assessor and excellent turn around time on the feedback of work submitted. I personally felt there was a desire to go above and beyond, to provide an excellent learning experience"

Sameh - Kuwait

"I just want to let you know that I did enjoy this course. You are so helpful. The workbook is very easy to use, and it contains very clear guidelines on how to successfully pass my award. FAQs

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. At Reed Courses, courses are delivered in a number of ways, including online courses, where the course content can be accessed online remotely, and classroom courses, where courses are delivered in person at a classroom venue.

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. If you work in certain professions or for certain companies, your employer may require you to complete a number of CPD hours or points, per year. You can find a range of CPD courses on Reed Courses, many of which can be completed online.

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
