This course teaches you everything you need to know about anxiety; the causes, the triggers and why you may experience it more acutely than others. You will begin to recognise and identify the underlying factors behind your anxiety and gain skills which will enable you to cope effectively with any future panic attacks or anxiety inducing effects.

Sue Breton is a Clinical Psychologist and author. She has worked in the field of adult mental health for over 40 years and has applied her own experiences with anxiety to the development of her own approach to overcoming this. She has published four books on anxiety-related topics - panic attacks, worry, OCD, and using mindfulness to overcome anxiety-related issues.

This course is suitable for anyone who has or is experiencing anxiety at any point in their life. It will provide you with the knowledge and strategies to transform your psyche and accept the responsibility for improving your own mental health.
