This Cognitive Behavioural Therapy course teaches you about the CBT approach and how it can be used to successfully manage psychological disorders. You will learn by watching 3 different counselling sessions performed by actresses and a trained counsellor. This allows you to see cognitive behavioural therapy being applied to real life scenarios and learn about self talk, negative thoughts, anxiety and stress and how CBT can be used to combat them.
Dr. Grande is a Licensed Professional Counsellor of Mental Health, a licensed Chemical Dependency Professional and a National Certified Counsellor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counsellor in the State of Delaware. He holds a Master’s of Science in Community Counselling from Wilmington University and a Ph.D. in Counsellor Education and Supervision from Regent University.
