Treatment methods are discussed at a high level, outlining categories of intervention such as medical, psychological, and social support, without providing treatment instruction. Providing mental health support focuses on communication, empathy, boundaries, and referral awareness.
Legislation about mental health introduces legal frameworks, patient rights, safeguarding, and ethical responsibilities relevant to mental health services.
The final exam evaluates learners’ understanding of Psychiatry principles, mental health awareness, ethical considerations, and legal context in a safe and non-clinical manner.
