I’m Mark - the founder and lead trainer of Mark Baglow Training. I'm an experienced trainer with a passion for helping professionals build confidence, improve communication, and lead effectively. With a background in corporate training and education, I bring a practical, results-driven approach to developing managers and teams.

One of the that sets me apart from other training providers is that you get a 100% personal service. No associates, no stand-ins, no random person who doesn't know anything about your company. Everything from your first enquiry and our scoping call, through to training delivery and design is all done by me.

I am a PGCE-qualified educator and I am DISC-certified, giving me a strong foundation in both instructional design and behavioural analysis. This allows me to tailor training to different learning styles and personality types, ensuring sessions are engaging, interactive, and impactful.

I specialise in leadership, management, project management, Microsoft 365 and other business skills such as communication and time management. I work with organisations across the UK and internationally. My training is designed to be practical and immediately applicable, whether you’re a new manager navigating leadership challenges, a business owner scaling your team, or an organisation looking to give your employees new skills.

With experience across industries including education, technology, financial services and the public sector, I understand the diverse challenges professionals face. My goal is to equip people with the tools, strategies, and confidence to perform at their best - while reducing stress and improving work-life balance.
