London Intercultural Academy
About us
London Intercultural Academy (LIA) is the executive-education and professional-development arm of London Intercultural Centre (LIC), a UK-based behavioural research and intercultural strategy consultancy. LIA designs and delivers bespoke leadership programmes, executive learning journeys, and customised training for organisations operating across cultures, generations, and borders.
Drawing on a multidisciplinary network of more than 200 consultants, trainers, and researchers, the Academy works in leadership development, cultural and generational intelligence, strategic communication, team effectiveness, and future workforce capability. Programmes are delivered in person, online, or blended, and are tailored to each client's context.
Built on over 15 years of international experience, LIA has supported government entities, multinational organisations, educational institutions, and NGOs across the UK, Europe, Africa, and the GCC — strengthening leadership, improving cross-cultural collaboration, and building inclusive institutional cultures. As the educational arm of LIC, the Academy combines behavioural research, strategic communications, and applied learning to prepare people for the demands of complex, international environments.
Why choose us
We measure what we move.
Every programme is built around the metrics an organisation already tracks retention, engagement, decision speed under pressure, with pre/post diagnostics, not satisfaction scores. Behavioural training earns its place only when it shifts something real.
Proprietary frameworks, not off-the-shelf content.
The Four Leadership Lenses and the LIC-Prismâ„¢ perceptual model are ours, developed from behavioural research, not licensed from a catalogue. You are buying thinking your competitors can't replicate.
Built for complex, cross-cultural organisations.
We work where culture, generation, and context collide, government delegations, multinational teams, Gulf and EMEA markets. Intercultural intelligence is not a module we add; it's the lens the whole practice is built through.
Facilitated by design.
Cohort-based, discussion-led, applied. Delegates leave having practised the shift, in a cabinet-style simulation, not a slide deck, which is why the change holds at 90 days.
One programme, every delivery model.
Half-day, full-day intensive, train-the-trainer accreditation, or self-paced online. In person or hybrid, in London or on site.
Credentialed and accountable.
CPD Certified (Provider 781813). UK-registered (UKPRN 10093621).
