Kent Trainers

Kent Trainers offer a wide range of highly effective, quality training courses, designed to develop the skills and capability of individuals and teams.

Kent Trainers was formed in 2006 by a group of training professionals. It’s now run by Directors Mark Fryer and Suzanne Shaw from their office on the Kent Coast.

We offer over 60 course titles delivered on dates throughout the year and provide customers with in-house training solutions, tailored to their business needs.

Scheduled courses

Scheduled training courses are held at our country house venues across Kent, providing all delegates with a high quality environment to enhance their learning experience. With more than 25 course titles to choose from, we are confident that you will find something to suit everyone’s needs.

In-house training

All of our courses can also be adapted for delivery in-house, either at your premises, a venue of your choice or via our virtual classroom. This not only means bringing our training to you but also tailoring it to your needs, adjusting the course content and delivery to improve your learning outcomes.

Coaching and facilitation

Coaching looks at where you are now and where you want to be.  Whether it is for you, a colleague or your team, we can help identify the obstacles and challenges that are preventing goals from being reached.  We also offer facilitation, helping teams or groups to reach their goals and find solutions.
