Description
The themes of sustainability, enterprise, employability and internationalisation are central to the programme of study and by focusing on these specialised areas, you will become fully equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for forging a rewarding and successful career. The development of leadership and team building skills is a cornerstone of the course: you will attend a bespoke residential workshop hosted by an internationally renowned management development company situated in the heart of the Lake District National Park.

Requirements:
Upper 2nd Class Honours degree or higher in construction project management; construction management; construction; building management or building; or related discipline.
Assessment Methods:
Most modules are assessed by coursework alone, but there are some examinations; most coursework is individual but there is some groupwork; there are also assessed presentations on the course.
Modules:
Modules include: Dissertation (triple module); quality and environmental management systems; health and safety management; strategic project management; project team and leadership development; risk and value management; project planning, control and analysis.
