Requirements:

Upper 2nd Class Honours degree or higher in construction project management; construction management; construction; building management or building; or related discipline.

Assessment Methods:

Most modules are assessed by coursework alone, but there are some examinations; most coursework is individual but there is some groupwork; there are also assessed presentations on the course.

Modules include: Dissertation (triple module); quality and environmental management systems; health and safety management; strategic project management; project team and leadership development; risk and value management; project planning, control and analysis.
