At Water Wise Services we have being helping our customers since 2008.  Based in West Yorkshire we offer services across the United Kingdom.  Our service team are all qualified professionals including risk assessors, energy assessors, consultants & engineers.  We work with landlords, lettings agents, schools, care homes & businesses of all sizes.  Our customer list includes national parks, government departments, schools & local authorities.  Over the years we have become a well-known brand within the water related industry and are recognised as specialist contractors, experts and professionals in our field.  We have also achieved recognition and membership of several governing and trade bodies due to our high standards of quality, technical competence and experience.

Unlike many Legionella related courses all our courses are written by our Trust Mark Certified team who have decades of practical experience.  Trust Mark was established in 2005 with Government, industry bodies and consumer protection groups.  Trust Mark is the only Government Endorsed Technical Competence Scheme in the UK and operates under a Government Licence from the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.  When using a Trust Mark Registered Business, you know they are engaging an organisation that has been vetted to meet required standards and has made a commitment to good customer service, technical competence and trading standards.

Water Wise Services is not only one of the few Legionella Service providers in the UK to meet the government endorsed Trust Mark standard for technical competence we are also a CPD accredited training provider.  Unlike many training providers we actually carry out the work that we provide training for.

Our courses cover the subject matter far more in-depth than most Legionella awareness courses.  You may have seen Legionella courses where they claim you can complete the courses in as little as 30 minutes.  It is not possible to adequately cover and be competent in Legionella awareness in as little as 30 minutes.  Even if your training is sub-standard you are still liable for Legionella failures and not the training provider.
