The Coda Academy

The Coda Academy is an education service – teaching basic and intermediate lessons in the technical, conceptual, and creative elements of photography and filmmaking through online video courses.

We boast that any of our courses are taught by down to earth qualified lecturers with the minimum 5 years of teaching under their belt to enable our students to have the best learning experience.

We don't believe that the passion students have for learning should be quenched due to the impracticality lesson times, so we deliver courses where you can take at your own pace, thus having a positive impact on your attendance as well as information gained.

The Coda Academy was founded upon the need of students to learn alongside to their life requirements. We give our students the option of learning while living!

The Coda Academy presents its course curriculum via the use of animated presentations, as it has been proven to increase learning, as the information is taken in via sight as well as verbally. We maintain a fun approach to learning with animations and a variety of quizzes to make sure you are retaining the information taught and are ready for the final assignment of our courses, where you would gain your CPD Diploma.

Each assignment set by The Coda Academy's instructors are a way for each student to gain the support throughout the course with each picture receiving detailed feedback from the instructor outlining the positive techniques used as well as how to improve.

CPD is an abbreviation for Continued Professional Development and it is an internationally recognized qualification that makes a statement to present and future employers, as well as to yourself that you have a commitment in your growth and can be added to your LinkedIn profile and CV.
