The Procure to Pay (P2P) course strengthens your foundation in just 5 exciting levels.

1. Check your prior Knowledge

The intent in this level is to baseline your current knowledge as this will provide us the basis for the improvement journey.

2. Master Data Maintenance

To have the list of vendors in a consolidated centralized application. This would help the learner on how the process flows to modify and delete the vendor master records. Understand the criticality behind reviewing and maintaining vendor master data.

3. Authorize (Processing)

Important to understand the different ways to process invoice payments and also, match the invoices with its respective purchase orders and goods receipt notes. (3 way and 2 way match). Also work on PO and Non PO transactions.

4. Helpdesk

The purpose is to understand how to resolve customer queries and process vendor reminder and statements.

5. Payments

Understand various methods to process payments like electronic, cheque, manual payments and direct debit. This also gives you an understanding on how to deal with void cheques received.
