Overview

The PRINCE2 Foundation is a 3-day intensive training and the course will focus at length on project management methodology, working effectively as part of a project management team and applying project management concepts. Aspiring and current project managers will find the Foundation training useful as a means of not only acquiring knowledge in project management but finding opportunities to advance in their career.

We are one of the best classroom training providers for education in PRINCE2 in London. Our 3-day course is popular, highly rated and recommended by our previous learners. Individuals can learn in a great classroom setting along with other benefits such as printed course material, stationery and refreshments.

The course will feature 19 modules such as introducing learners to PRINCE2, principles of project management methodology, how to start up a project and direct a project. The final assessment will be based on an official exam which is held on the last day of the training programme.

The course will give learners a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of design, development and delivery of projects. Learners will be awarded the PRINCE2 Foundation certification upon the successful completion of the course.
