PRINCE2® Agile e-Learning is SPOCE’s award winning online route to becoming an accredited PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner. 1) Are there any prerequisites to take the course?
Familiarity with projects and Project management is useful but not essential.
You can take the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner certificate if you hold any of the following certifications:
PRINCE2® Foundation (or higher)
PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation
Project Management Professional® (PMP)*
Certified Associate in Project Management® (CAPM)*
IPMA Levels A,B,C and D® (Certified Projects Director).
2) Who should take this course?
This course is aimed at project managers, aspiring project managers and anyone who manages projects. It is also relevant to other key staff involved with integrating project management with product delivery, including those involved with programme and project support functions.
This is an accredited course eligible for CPDs/PDUs and prepares you for a qualification in PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management

Exam information
Foundation
- Objective testing
- One-hour multiple-choice paper
- 50 questions with a pass mark of 55%
- Closed book exam.
Practitioner
- Objective testing
- 50 questions each worth one mark
- 30 marks or more required to pass out of 50 questions: 60% pass mark
- Two-and-a-half hours’ (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
Open book exam. Only the official printed hard copy of the PRINCE2 Agile® Guidance is allowed.A printed PDF of the official manual or a digital PDF of the official manual on a personal device, is not allowed in an exam environment. The official manual may be annotated and tabulated but no sticky notes and loose leaf papers containing additional notes will be allowed.
This package includes the official exams which can be taken anytime during the 6-month licence period.
Passing the exams will give you internationally recognised professional qualifications.
Who is this course for?
PRINCE2 Agile Foundation
- PRINCE2 Agile Foundation is designed for individuals who are new to PRINCE2 and are working in or around an agile project environment
- The course covers an overview of PRINCE2, an introduction to agile and how to apply the two together
- There are no course prerequisites.
PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner
- PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner is designed for those who are already certified in either PRINCE2 or PRINCE2 Agile Foundation levels
- The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course explores practical application of the PRINCE2 Agile method with real-world scenarios
- Candidates can sit PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner if they hold any of the following project management certifications: PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, Project Management Professional (PMP)*, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)* or IMPA Levels A,B, C and D (Certified Project Director).
Requirements
This is an entry to intermediate level course so no prerequisites are required although a background in project management and agile ways of working can be helpful.
