Overview

The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 came into effect on 26th October 2024. It aims to better protect employees from sexual harassment by prioritising prevention with a legal duty to work preventatively to address sexual harassment in the workplace.

This short course can form part of the employer's strategy to raise awareness and reduce the risk of occurrence.
