Passion HR Ltd was founded in 2016 and has flourished delivering more services than ever, Passion 4 Training being one of these services focuses on delivering person-centred training and consultancy services to the Health & Social Care Sector delivered by Experienced Healthcare Trainers & Care Consultants from a care related background so they can share their knowledge and expertise with others and support health care services to improve their outcomes for both staff and service users. We are passionate about the learning experience of others and strive to inspire healthcare workers to develop themselves into autonomous individual practitioners and achieve their aspirations. Our Care Consultants strive to support healthcare services to improve their outcomes by looking at their internal quality assurance systems and processes to meet regulatory requirements.
Our Founder and Managing Director is a Registered Nurse and is a Registered Trainer, they began their career as a care assistant and worked their way up the career ladder by undertaking their Nurse Training in Birmingham specialising within Mental Health. They was working within Clinical Management from the age of 22 and has experience of working within various healthcare settings both NHS & Private throughout various parts of the UK. They have supported services to achieve ‘Good’ CQC ratings and better outcomes for both staff and service users with the commitment to achieve Exceptional Standards of Care that are Service User Led & Focussed.
Passion 4 Training is an Approved Training Centre with Trainer Courses Ltd and The CPD Accreditation Group. All our certificates issued are Accredited and externally quality assured through moderation every 6 months. As an Approved Centre the training courses we deliver assist with meeting Care Certificate standards developed jointly by Skills for Care, Health Education England and Skills for Health and support care providers in meeting compliances with regulating/inspecting body external quality assurance training requirements.We are proud to have Healthcare Trainers and Care Consultants that are Care Managers, Qualified Nurses, Healthcare Workers/ Professionals with many years of experience and expertise in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, General Nursing, Older Persons and Domiciliary Care Settings. Our Trainers/ Care Consultants are qualified to train in the Training Courses and Care Consultancy Services we offer and deliver.We provide a range of courses via online blended learning E-Learning, E-Books, E-Videos, Distance Learning & Face to Face Training to suit all clients needs.
