The objective of the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Education Management and Leadership qualification is to develop learners’ understanding of policy, management theory and practice in education. Entry Requirements
The learner must fulfil at least one of the following criteria to be allowed entry to the qualification:

• Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 6 diploma or equivalent recognised qualification
• Mature learners (over 21) with management experience.
• The provider will determine English Language ability if English is not your native language.
