Overview

This Organisational Transformation Master Class demonstrates not only the methodologies and disciplines required for a process approach to leadership but also explores the issues a practitioner might face when implementing this approach. The course includes models and workshop based techniques to facilitate the planning and delivery of transformation programmes.

This three-day master class is part of the Master Black Belt programme so completing this qualification will take you one step closer to achieving Master Black Belt status.

Description

Throughout the 3 days, each technique is applied in a business simulation to enable delegates to practice and consolidate their learning.

Day 1

  • Overview of the principles and methodologies of organisational transformation
  • Overview of PMI Transform, our model for transformation
  • Roles in transformation and process management
  • Understanding customers, value and organiational aims
  • Refining goals and developing prioritised deliverable high-level objectives
  • Developing a visualisation of a business (system map).

Day 2

  • Facilitation skills of leadership workshops
  • Business process assessment
  • Developing objectives and goals for key processes which are agreed, interconnected and deployable through process owners to processes at all levels.

Day 3

  • Leadership capabilities and management systems required to own and manage the key processes
  • Developing the management systems required to provide process governance
  • Planning and Reviewing the programme
  • Personal planning
  • Course review
