This CIMSPA-endorsed qualification will provide you with the necessary knowledge to become a fitness instructor of the highest standard. This course also provides you with the necessary skills required for the role, such as being able to plan, instruct, and evaluate workout classes in gyms and fitness centres. Not only will you learn about instructing groups of varying sizes but also gain insight into key topics such as motivating class members and learning the business.
