In this course, you will learn everything you need to know to value investments, developments, debt and joint ventures.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

Property Development:

In this course, you will learn everything you need to know to value real estate developments.

  • Value land using residual valuation techniques in Excel (residential & commercial schemes).

  • Value land use DCF in Excel (residential & commercial schemes).

  • Understand how development debt works, key terminology, how to include it in DCF models.
