The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring qualification consists of 6 mandatory units. Together, these units make up a combined total of 120 credits. Additionally, the qualification requires 1,200 hours of Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 600 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) to be completed.
