This course has been designed to teach knowledge that is required to make the move from a nursery practitioner to a management role within an early years setting. In addition to preparing individuals for a managerial position it is also meets the criteria that prepares practitioners for continuous professional development. This course would also benefit room leaders or supervisors by giving them an in-sight into the managerial side of running a child care establishment. The Nursery Management Level 4 would help them to decide whether or not they wanted to make the next step up the career ladder.
