Description
Are you familiar with basic massage therapy techniques, and feel ready for a new challenge? Myofascial Energetic Release is a specialised physical and manual therapy used to release tension in the fascia (connective tissue around the muscles, bones and joints) due to trauma, poor posture or illness.
Massage therapist Nisarga has over ten years’ experience, and has trained people across the world, including China, Europe, Mexico and Nepal. He will use his years of therapeutic practice to assist your development in myofascial release, deep bodywork, assisted stretches and massage therapy.
Through this course, you will take your massage practice further, by training you to give your clients and friends joint mobilisation, emotional release and awareness.
