Learn how to better support others experiencing challenges through your knowledge of policies, ethics and sociological aspects of mental health and well-being.

You’ll study a selection of exciting areas, such as:

  • physiological stressors from infancy to old age
  • mental health globally and the challenges associated with this
  • how to analyse statistics outcomes in research and the principles of epidemiology

Towards the end of your course, there’ll be the opportunity to prepare your own research project on a topic from the course that interests you.

Requirements

Academic entry route - an undergraduate degree from an approved institution, equivalent to a UK Honours degree; or a relevant professional qualification

Work experience entry route - at least three years’ relevant work experience
