- The Reporting of Injuries, Disease & Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR)
- Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH guidelines)
- Principles of handling people in a care environment
- Assisting mobility
- Spinal Awareness
- Principles of Safe Handling
- Risk assessment
- The use of handling aids – practical (using Hoist)
