Overview

The Microsoft Teams Introduction course gives an overview of how Teams is used. It explains how to set up Meetings and Chat with colleagues. It also explains what Channels are, how to search and work with files.

The intermediate course explains to delegates how to post to private channels, make announcements, post across channels, organise channels and glean analytics from channels. They will learn how to host meetings including setting up breakout rooms. They will learn how to alter settings for audio and video, use the whiteboard and screen share. Work with files and co-author on them and add apps. Also includes Live Events.

Included as part of the course, and to add a bit of fun to your learning, access our Teams Millionaire Game. 15 questions to reach the top of the board, and each question is based on our Microsoft Office Teams Introduction Course.
