This Microsoft Outlook & To Do course is designed to help you take control of your email, calendar, and tasks using simple, practical tools that make everyday work more organised and less stressful. You’ll learn how to manage email more efficiently, organise your inbox so nothing important is missed, automate repetitive actions with rules, and use Microsoft To Do to track tasks and priorities in one place. The course is highly practical, with clear examples and techniques you can apply immediately.

This course is delivered live online, instructor-led, in a small group with a maximum of 8 attendees, allowing time for questions and individual support.

Courses run from 9:30am – 4:30pm, with regular breaks included.

Private in-house delivery and one-to-one training are also available on request.
