The aims of this online Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace training course are to:

    • £10.6 billion for sickness absence.
    • £21.2 billion for presenteeism, where the employee remains at work but is less productive due to mental health issues.
    • £3.1 billion for replacing staff who have left due to mental health issues.
  • 72 million working days were lost due to mental health issues in the 2016/17 financial year.
