The aims of this online Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace training course are to develop in the learner:
- Develop learners’ understanding of mental health first aid in the workplace.
- Enhance learners’ understanding of how to support individuals experiencing mental health.
- Help learners know the importance of protecting their own mental health and different ways of doing this.
Learning objectives

- 72 million working days were lost due to mental health issues in the 2016/17 financial year.
