This half-day course is aimed at staff members at any level who wish to improve their performance by managing their time as effectively as possible. The ½ day format will introduce the essential skills of effective time management allowing them to analyse their short term time management issues and develop habits for long term effective time management.
The objective of the course is to give the delegates the opportunity to analyse their current time management and create plans for improvement, where necessary, and furnish them with the essential skills for maintaining effective time management habits for the future.
