- What is your own stress curve?
- What do you need to change to reduce stress?
- How can I create a plan to improve your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing?
The Business Athlete
How does an elite athlete manage their stressors and reach peak performance.
Awareness
Becoming self and other aware, is vital if we are to combat our stressors.
Cartesian Logic
By asking four questions in turn, can often help resolve a challenge or decision that we have to make that is a stressor.
Stress Curve
You will learn what a stress curve is and how it help you in reducing your own stress.
