Who is this course for?
The course is suitable for programme managers and senior project managers who are seeking a recognised framework and qualification. Given the demands of this course it is not recommended for project managers with either little or no practical experience of managing programmes.
This is an intensive course and delegates are recommended to complete five to eight hours of pre-course reading, to include the MSP manual. You will also have approximately two hours homework per night during the course.
