On completion, delegates will gain the displayed knowledge and skills.
Delegates will have the knowledge to:
- Describe approaches and tools to identify and manage risk
- Be able to establish linkage in the management system framework to customer and stakeholder understanding.
- Be able to extend the implementation of a management system framework through the supply chain
- Be able to establish linkage in the management system framework to customer and stakeholder understanding.
Delegates will have the skills to:
- Implement a management system framework that ensures linkage and alignment in the flow down of customer/stakeholder requirements.
- Be able to support a senior leadership team to establish the scope of the management system.
- Be able to implement the appropriate elements of the management system framework to address legal, regulatory, societal and standards risks.
- Be able to be a quality advocate and systems thinker.

This course is aimed at delegates who wish to develop practical skills development in the management systems in the context of process management.
