Our highly interactive Management Skills Workshop is packed with tried-and-tested tools and covers the following areas:
Personal Leadership
This management skills course begins by covering the personal traits and characteristics of a strong leader, and how you can improve at each. This includes:
- Recognising personal strengths and how to utilise them as a leader
- Providing feedback in a constructive and valuable manner
- Active listening and asking the right questions

Team Management
