Overview
Our 4-day intensive course provides you with an understanding of the Management of Risk (M_o_R)® methodology, helping you to make informed decisions about risks that affect your strategic, programme, project and operational objectives.
You’ll gain an in-depth understanding of the core concepts of M_o_R® including: Principles, Approaches, Processes and Embedding and Reviewing of management of risks. This course ensures the M_o_R® theory and its importance is embedded in your understanding of M_o_R®, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to apply the M_o_R® Framework throughout the organisation from Strategic, Programme, Project and Operational perspectives.
You’ll gain an understanding of how important M_o_R® is throughout the organisation from Strategic, Programme, Project and Operational perspectives.
By the end of this course, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to identify, understand and demonstrate your ability to identify, assess, control risks and apply and tailor an M_o_R® approach across any organisational perspective, together with an understanding of the four core concepts of the M_o_R® Framework and how they support corporate governance.

Requirements
There are no prerequisites required for this course, although some experience of working in an Operational or Programme, Project environment would be advantageous but not essential.
Delegates must have passed the M_o_R® Foundation exam prior to taking the M_o_R® Practitioner exam.
