This course is designed specifically for in-house lawyers whether in the public sector or industry. The aim of the course is to give you an introduction to the management issues relevant to an in-house department and the associated personal management skills.

Under the SRA’s new approach to continuing competence, solicitors are expected to use the Statement of Solicitor Competence to identify and address their learning and development needs. The competence statement requires the following competencies:
