You will also learn which personnel are involved in the process of Lockout Tagout and their responsibilities. You will also learn about the process of risk assessments, how to conduct a risk assessment and record findings. You will also cover the importance of review and monitoring.
Finally students will also learn about the stages of Lockout tagout inspections process and explore LOTO safe system of work protocol for implementing a safe system of work. You will also cover the documentation process which covers procedure’s, training, auditing and review. Finally you will cover the 7 stages of LOTO.
In order to complete the course, you must achieve 80% or more in the final multiple choice quiz.
