Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Law provides a coherent programme of study that enables law graduates, lawyers and those with a relevant first degree to develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of the international business law at postgraduate level. This course is available to students from both a legal and non-legal background. The aim of this programme is to develop legal skills, analysis, logical thinking and knowledge that can usefully be applied in further study, legal profession and public service. It provides students with understanding of law in context of business to equip them with abilities needed to work with advance issues.
By the end of the qualification, learners will be able to:
- Understand wide ranges of subjects in the international business law.
- Develop an understanding of the legal framework that governs the international business transactions.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the commercial trust law, company law, international trade law, intellectual property law, and the law of financial crimes in the international business.

The overall structure of the course is based on 8 units that cover a number of topics relating to learning outcomes. Each unit has the equivalency of 20 credits. Learners are required to complete only 6 units to achieve 120 credits.

Assessment methods include assignments. There is no exam in this course. You will be required to submit an assignment of each unit of minimum 1500-2500 words in length to pass the unit and to achieve unit credits.
Results and Certificate
Learners must complete 6 units successfully and achieve 120 credits before the qualification certificate and final transcript will be issued by the awarding body.

Does this price include the certification? Is a level 7 the same as a degree? Is there a follow up course after this?
It is a postgraduate qualification after Bachelor degree. However, we have an open entry system so anyone can join the course. Discounted Price is only reflect tuition fees....If you read description, it does not include Assessment Fee. Learners have to pay assessment fee which covers examination/assignment of each unit, marking assignments, quality external quality assurance of assessment by external examiners, qualification certificates and transcript at the end of the course.This was helpful.
